Im having major virus problems with my pc can u help please?

firstly my pc is running very slowly it is not usually this slow. also when i follow a link from google it opens up a new window with a advert for random rubbish. i tried using malwarebytes but it wont even open and i cant install it either. avg 8.5 ( the free one ) worked at first when installed it and scanned but only got rid of some stuff and the computer is stills messed up also i was recommended kaspersky so i deleted avg and got the trial which a short while after i stared the scan stopped for some reason and said that it had been unloaded from my COMPUTER or something. i have also tried software such as norman anti virus but it starts the scan then closes itself and will not open again. i have even tried doing most of these things in safe mode but it wont work. i would like any advice Tips or instructions on how i can sort out this situation as the computer is used by many family members. any help would be appreciated.

MAKE SUPERANTISPYWARE PORTABLE
This method is a life saver when your in a pinch and can't access the internet!
1.Download,install,and UPDATE! Superantispyware on a USB stick using another computer? During install it asks for"Destination Folder" change it from C:/Program Files/SUPERAntispyware to K:/SUPERAntispyware or whatever drive the USB stick is in? When your done stick it in the infected computers USB, and open Superantispywares file on the stick and Dbl click on the SUPERAntispyware app and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds.

2.Download,install and update Malwarebytes normally using the infected computer (Don't put it on the stick) and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds.
Note: If it won't launch do this. Right click on the mbam setup app you downloaded and rename it xxxx then Dbl click on it and install and update it(If you can) and run a full scan and delete/quarantine all entities it finds. If you couldn't update before 1st scan update Malwarebytes and do another scan?

The free ones are crap. If Norton won't load as well you have some major issues and you are one step away from total failure.

If worse comes to worse you might just pull off anything you need and restore the computer completely.

MalwareBytes is definitely your best bet - though you may need to be in Safe Mode to get it to run.

Reboot your computer. When it begins to load, continually press the F5 key, until you are presented with a menu. Select "Start in Safe Mode", and press Enter.

The computer will take a bit longer than normal to load, at which point you will be in a Windows session that starts with limited riff-raff (only the essentials are loaded at login). Run your MalwareBytes install/scan again, letting it complete its process. You will likely be told that another reboot is necessary; this time, let the PC boot up normally.

Once all is said and done, you need to figure out a permanent security solution. Having more than one anti-virus suite installed on your system actually provides less protection, not more. I suggest you stick with AVG, and drop the others. Keep MalwareBytes in a folder somewhere, for when you run into this type of thing again. It's a great emergency scanner.

Cheers!
